Cancellations and No- Shows 

I know that life sometimes gets in the way. That’s why I try to be as flexible as possible when it comes to cancelling appointments. If you cancel more than 24 hours before your set appointment, I’ll do my best to set up a better slot for you, no questions asked. If you cancel with less than 24 hours to go, I may charge a cancellation fee of 30% of scheduled services. If you are ill or experiencing symptoms of illness, please contact me to reschedule.  All no-shows will be charged the 30% of scheduled services and this amount will be needed to be paid before you will be allowed to re-book.

Deposits

If the appointment you are booking requires a pre-paid deposit, the deposit will be credited to your appointment.

After Hour Appointments

Appointments are available during scheduled work hours by appointment.  Any request for appointments after scheduled hours will be considered with an additional charge for any hours outside of scheduled hours.
