What happens if I need to cancel my appointment?

 

I know that life sometimes gets in the way. That’s why I try to be as flexible as possible when it comes to cancelling appointments. If you cancel more than 24 hours before your set appointment, I’ll do my best to set up a better slot for you, no questions asked. If you cancel with less than 24 hours to go, I charge a cancellation fee of 30% of scheduled services. If you are ill or are experiencing symptoms of illness, please contact me to reschedule.  

Do you offer Wi-Fi and other amenities?

Free public Wi-Fi is available with-in my salon suite. I also offer a variety of drinks and snacks. Including coffee, hot tea and water and I have a variety of charging cords for client use. 

Where can I park?

Metered parking is available along Main Street or in the parking garage in Downtown Rapid City. The parking meters accept change or a credit/debit card.  There is also an app that can be downloaded, and you can pay through that app. It is the ParkSmarter app. Please do not park behind Sola Studios; that lot is a private paid parking lot.  There are some parking spots on Main Street that have FREE 2-hour parking. These spots are east of 5th Street. 

Can I bring my children or guests to my appointment?

Unfortunately, my salon suite is small and additional guests or children that are not receiving services are not allowed.  As always, any child under the age of 18 is welcome to have a parent or support person with them for the entire appointment. There are chairs in the hallway for adults that may need to accompany you. Out of respect for the other suite owners and clients, children may not be in the hallway unsupervised.
